IsoStage Training Station
Static holds, dynamic gains.
Static holds, dynamic gains.
IsoStage training station is a fitness device for performing “overcoming isometrics” exercises with real-time feedback. It shows the excreted force and is designed to gamify training, where users are motivated to reach targets.
With IsoStage, users no longer need to track time, count the number of movements or amount of reps. Concentrating on achievement of specific targets shown on the screen is sufficient for the exercise. The software will keep track of progress and suggest whether intensity should be increased or reduced.
The IsoStage Training Station consist of a hardware platform with a patent-pending cable-locking mechanism, interconnected with pressure sensors and a microcontroller that reads sensor data and sends it wirelessly into a touch-screen display or tablet for processing.
